Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, underwear and personal care items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original sealed packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Sale items
Gift cards
Custom or personalized items
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or use
If you have questions about whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, exchanges must be requested within the 14-day return window and are subject to product availability.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment met
